The production process involves several steps, including drawing to maintain a consistent diameter, processing in a Pre-Vulcanisation tunnel, and undergoing quality control checks. The latex is then treated with a silicone component before being vulcanized in an oven at a constant temperature for 2-5 days.

Manual silicone treatment and a final quality check follow.

The silicone treatment forms a protective barrier against UV rays and external agents. To maintain the product’s efficiency, periodic treatment with liquid silicone is recommended for rubber protection.
