Click & Collect is a free service which allows you to shop and pay on our site, select a participating AMIT Retail store in the UAE and collect your product at your convenience.
How do I use Click & Collect?
It’s easy! All it takes is a few quick steps:
1. Shop your products online
Browse your favourite products on amitretail.com and add them to your basket.
2. Choose your shipping method
Select Pick Up At Al Seef Store – Dubai from the shipping page.
3. Collect your order
We’ll send you an email and SMS when your order is ready. Head to your selected collection point with your Emirates ID or Passport.

Click and Collect is a service that allows you to shop online and pick up your order from our store at a time that suits you. There are no shipping fees, and you can often pick up your order the same day.
- Shop Online: Browse our website and add items to your cart as usual.
- Choose Click and Collect: At checkout, select the “Click and Collect” option.
- Choose Your Store: Select the store where you’d like to pick up your items.
- Place Your Order: Complete the payment process online.
- Collect Your Order: You’ll receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Bring your order confirmation and ID to the store to pick it up.
Most orders are ready within a few hours, but this can vary depending on store hours, item availability, and the time you place your order. We’ll notify you by email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

Yes, someone else can collect your order. They’ll need to bring:
- The order confirmation
- Their photo ID
- A signed note from you (the original purchaser) authorizing them to pick up the order
