2. Manufacturer’s Warranty:

In addition to our standard warranty, all products sold by AMIT Retail are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

The duration and specific terms of the manufacturer’s warranty may vary depending on the product and are determined by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

3. Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, customers must present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) indicating the date of purchase.

Customers must also provide the original product packaging and any accessories included with the product.

Warranty claims will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the OEM.

AMIT Retail reserves the right to assess the product for warranty eligibility and may request additional information or inspection if necessary.

4. Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Any product that has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

5. Warranty Service:

Warranty service will be provided either through AMIT Retail or directly through the OEM’s authorized service centers.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty service

6. Limitation of Liability:

AMIT Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law:

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.

8. Modifications:

AMIT Retail reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
