42″ Cubera Snapper Half Mount
This cubera snapper fish mount is part of our half sided series. A half sided mount is produced by casting the front part of our two sided wall mount molds. When displayed the circumference of the half mount is either touching the wall or very close to the wall. This process cuts labor and supplies cost and therefore results in a lower price point however the skin texture and finishing process is the same as a traditional full mount.

Cubera Snapper Half Mount Paint Schedule
Cubera Snappers are the largest of all snappers and are found in coastal waters in Southern Florida, the Caribbean, Central America and Mexico. Cubera snapper are normally a darker crimson reddish color with faint light vertical bands. Cubera snapper have ferocious teeth allowing them to snatch and crush lobsters, crabs and other small baitfish. Our standard paint job includes the above mentioned features. The final step of the finishing process is to spray a UV protecting clear coat to give it superior protection indoors or outside. We do not custom paint our half sided series replicas.

Each fish mount in our half sided series arrives with a fiberglass hanger on the backside of the fish mount. This allows easy installation once you receive your new fish mount.
